Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and personal schedules, I may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 20 minutes late. All appointments require a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% (of the services booked) cancellation fee. Credit card details may be requested to secure all bookings.

I stand firmly behind all of my salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation. Adjustments will be honored for 14 days from the date of service.
